Sun Life Building Sale Baltimore City's one and only. 

With a month remaining in 2008, downtown Baltimore recorded  its first investment sale of a corporate office property.  The building at 20 S. Charles Street sold Nov. 21 for about $9.3 million, a paltry sum compared with the $451.6 million in downtown office building sales in 2007. ((read more))
