C. Patrick Creaney and Craig M. Smith, founded the company as the Creaney & Smith Group in May, 1982.

In that role they have overseen the development of more than 6,000,000 square feet of business facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region and have created a series of related companies in operation today.  These companies include Creaney & Smith Group, CSG Commercial Builders, Property Management Associates, and, most recently, CSG Partners.

These entities currently control and operate a portfolio of operating properties aggregating more than $100,000,000 and have more than $200,000,000 worth of office and industrial properties under development.

Pat and Craig are active in the operations of these companies on a daily basis and together with the key management team of CSG Partners, are engaged in a significant expansion of their development activities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Alan C. Grabush
Principal, Director of Marketing & Acquisitions

Alan joined CSG Partners in July 2006 as a Principal and serves as Director of Marketing and Acquisitions. Alan is responsible for sourcing transactions and new business to Partners and overseeing the marketing and leasing efforts for all of Partners' properties.  Before accepting the principal position with Partners, Alan was an owner of AMR Enterprises, Inc., a local commercial real estate development company located in Baltimore, Maryland.  Prior to forming AMR, Alan was a commercial broker in the Baltimore/Washington corridor for 11 years.

Christina Smith Fenton
Leasing Representative

Christina joined CSG Partners in January 2007.  She provides leasing support for all of Partners' marketing efforts and is responsible for the in-house leasing of several properties within the portfolio. Christina is a recent graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, Masters of Science in Real Estate program. Prior to joining Partners, Christina worked for The Bozzuto Group as a leasing consultant at Spinnaker Bay, generating over a million dollars in sales.  She is a member of ULI, NAIOP, and USGBC.

R. Michael Creaney
Principal, Director of Development

Mike joined Creaney & Smith Group LLC in April, 1985 as a Marketing/Leasing Associate and has held a variety of Marketing/Mangement/Development positions during the intervening years. Mike has recently completed a four year hiatus with CSG Commercial Builders as Chief Operating Officer before returning full time to development with CSG Partners in 2007.

With Partners, Mike oversees the company's development operations, while maintaining direct development duties. He also serves as the Broker of Record for all Partners' properties.

Liz Sweeney
Administrative Assistant to Development

Liz joined CSG Partners in November 2007, and is responsible for providing administrative assistance to both the Director of Development and Finance. Prior to joining Partners, Liz worked for Atrium Trading Group, Inc. As the Executive Assistant to Owner, Liz coordinated a $2 Million expansion project of Atrium Retail Boutique in Miami Beach.  Liz graduated from Loyola College in 2005 with a business degree in marketing.

Matthew W. Steinmeier
Principal, Director of Finance & General Counsel

Matt joined CSG Partners in September of 2006 as a Principal and serves as Director of Finance and General Counsel. Matt is responsible for negotiating acquisition and redevelopment transactions and overseeing financial reporting requirements.  Prior to joining Partners, Matt practiced law in California and Maryland, specializing in taxation, entity formation and business succession planning. In addition to his legal experience, Matt also served as controller for Dunfield, Inc., a California wholesale insurance brokerage.

Jay Nocar, CPA
Controller

Jay joined CSG Partners, in September 2008 and is responsible for coordinating, planning and reporting all of Partner's financial statements; as well as managing the Finance Department for both Partners and Property Management Associates.  Prior to joining Partners, Jay was the Controller for Lancellota Real Estate, Inc. and was responsible for monitoring the cash flow of over $80 million in assets. Jay has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1999 and is an active member of the AICPA and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Greg Harding
Accountant

Prior to the formation of CSG Partners, Greg was an accountant for Partners' affiliated company, the Creaney & Smith Group, since July, 2004.  Acting in an identical role for Partners, Greg is now responsible for supporting Partners' financial reporting requirements and accounting systems.  Prior to joining Partners, Greg was an accountant and Controller for Grade-A Excavating, Inc. and Abernathy & Allen Construction. Greg brings over eighteen years of construction and accounting experience to Partners.

Anastasia Djadjarova
Administrative Assistant

Anastasia joined CSG Partners in February, 2008 and is responsible for all administrative duties, including daily operations and support to the Principals. Prior to the formation of Partners, Anastasia was an office manager for ACD Trucking, and was responsible for all office operations, accounting, and daily transactions.
