CSG Partners was founded in 2006 as a real estate development and investment company. Alan Grabush and Matthew Steinmeier, two founding members, are the sole principals of CSG Partners.

CSG Partners benefits from a deep, vertically integrated management bench skilled in all phases of existing property and land acquisition and redevelopment, leasing, property management and construction. CSG Partners has demonstrated its ability to control operational risk and deliver projects on time and on budget while achieving risk-adjusted returns for itself and financial Partners.

CSG Partners and its predecessor (the Creaney & Smith Group) have developed and managed in excess of 7,500,000 square feet of industrial, flex and office properties between Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia through the Baltimore-Washington Corridor to the Northern, Central and Eastern regions of Virginia having an aggregate value of $500,000,000+.
