Towson Commons is a 10-story class A office building totaling 212,000 SF located in the heart of the Towson Core, a vibrant live-work-play environment.  An approximate 900 space parking garage is located on-site, as well as multiple amenities such as LA Fitness, Chipotle, C&R Pub, Insomnia Cookies and many more**. Towson Commons is completing a $4,500,000 renovation that began in 2018, including the following:

    • Complete modernization of 4 office and 4 garage elevators.  New mechanical, conveyance, programming and identification systems and new interiors in all 8 elevator cabs will be completed by year end 2019.
    • New building lobby renovation, including water feature, lighting, millworks, artwork, digital directory with multi-media features, Building security station and furniture.
    • New restrooms on select floors.
    • New ingress and egress controls for the parking garage, including credit card readers and multiple access points.
    • New striping and extensive structural renovations to parking garage to ensure safe and functional operation.
    • Complete lighting upgrade to energy efficient, motion-sensor LED fixtures throughout all tenant spaces and common areas.
    • Enhanced signage and tenant directories on select floors.
