Property Management Associates customer service towards its tenants is outstanding. As a tenant in two buildings PMA has been extremely responsive in all daily service requests as well as answering other questions in regards to leases and operations. PMA has gone above and beyond to work with us to ensure that our staff and visitors are taken care of at all times and that our suites and buildings are always clean and supported. Over the past several years PMA has worked closely with us as we expanded and built additional space out. Tom joined PMA in January, 2021. Tom has more than 30 years of commercial/industrial HVAC/R field experience throughout Baltimore, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. His primary areas of expertise are building environments, computer room environments, medical refrigeration and natatorium environments. Additionally, Tom has 15 years of management experience working with large groups of technicians of varying experience and backgrounds. Tom holds an OSHA 30 certification, is a certified structural welder and an HVAC/R journeyman license.
