Alan is co-owner of CSG Partners, LLC and is responsible for sourcing transactions and new business. Alan also oversees all dispositions, marketing and leasing efforts for CSG Partners’ portfolio. Alan was previously an owner of AMR Enterprises, Inc., a commercial real estate development company located in Baltimore, Maryland which developed speculative office properties. Prior to forming AMR, Alan was a commercial broker in the Baltimore/Washington corridor for 11 years transacting upwards of $425 million in deal volume. Alan is a graduate of the University of Maryland – Baltimore County (Economics and Finance).

Matt is the co-owner of CSG Partners, LLC and Property Management Associates, LLC (collectively “CSG”), where he leads financing, acquisition, disposition, and redevelopment transactions. He also manages CSG’s legal and operational functions and oversees all financial reporting for both owned and managed properties.

Since joining CSG, Matt has closed approximately $1 billion in transaction volume across debt, equity, acquisition, and disposition deals.

Before joining CSG, Matt practiced law in California and Maryland, focusing on taxation, general business representation, private client services, and business succession planning. He earned his B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law. Matt is admitted to the State Bars of California and Maryland.

Lori rejoined Property Management Associates (PMA) in 2020. With over 20 years’ experience in real estate accounting, she brings in-depth knowledge of commercial, retail and residential accounting principles, concepts and conventions. In her role as Controller, Lori oversees accounting operations, including financial reporting, cash management, internal controls, accounting policies & procedures, budgeting and financial analysis. Prior to joining PMA, Lori served as Senior Accountant for MCB Real Estate and Controller for Broad Reach Retail Partners. Lori’s previous experience includes 10 years as Controller for PMA’s affiliated companies CSG Partners, LLC and Creaney & Smith Group, LLC. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, University College.

Greg has been an Accountant with PMA since 2002, beginning his tenure with Creaney & Smith Group, LLC, the legacy company of CSG Partners, LLC. Greg is responsible for supporting PMA’s financial reporting requirements and accounting systems. Prior to joining PMA and Creaney & Smith Group, LLC, Greg was an accountant and controller for Grade-A Excavating, Inc., and Abernathy & Allen Construction. Greg brings over 30 years of construction and accounting experience to PMA.
