CSG Partners and its predecessor, the Creaney & Smith Group, have developed and managed more than 8 million square feet of industrial, flex, and office properties spanning from Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia through the Baltimore–Washington Corridor to Northern, Central, and Eastern Virginia. Collectively, these projects represent an aggregate value of approximately $600MM.
