Property Management Associates (PMA) serves as CSG Partners’ full-service property management platform, providing comprehensive asset management and day-to-day property oversight for the firm’s portfolio as well as select third-party clients.
PMA currently manages approximately 1 million square feet of industrial, flex, and office properties, delivering exceptional service and operational excellence to its tenants and partners.

Tenant Maintenance Request
Tenant representatives can submit maintenance requests through a web-based system.
Upon submission, the request is sent to PMA for processing.
If no response is received within 24 hours, tenants are advised to follow up with PMA during normal business hours.
