Property Management Associates customer service towards its tenants is outstanding. As a tenant in two buildings PMA has been extremely responsive in all daily service requests as well as answering other questions in regards to leases and operations. PMA has gone above and beyond to work with us to ensure that our staff and visitors are taken care of at all times and that our suites and buildings are always clean and supported. Over the past several years PMA has worked closely with us as we expanded and built additional space out. Lori rejoined Property Management Associates (PMA) in 2020.  With over 20 years’ experience in real estate accounting, she brings in-depth knowledge of commercial, retail and residential real estate accounting principles, concepts and conventions.  In her role as Controller, Lori oversees accounting operations, including financial reporting, cash management, internal controls, accounting policies & procedures, budgeting and financial analysis.

Prior to joining PMA in 2020, Lori served as Senior Accountant for MCB Real Estate and Controller for Broad Reach Retail Partners.   Lori’s previous experience includes 10 years as Controller for PMA’s affiliated company (CSG Partners, LLC) and its legacy company (Creaney & Smith Group, LLC).   Lori holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, University College.
