Property Management Associates, LLC (“PMA”)
PMA serves as CSG Partners’ full service property management platform and provides comprehensive asset and day to day property management for Partners’ portfolio of properties and a select number of third party clients. PMA currently manages 1,000,000 square feet of industrial, flex and office properties and prides itself by providing the highest level of service, including but not limited to:
For Tenants:
- Web based tenant maintenance request system with 24 hour on-call service;
- Tenant socials, gifts and giveaways to emphasize appreciation;
- Weekly tenant visits and meetings to ensure strong Landlord-Tenant relations;
- Annual tenant customer service surveys to monitor PMA performance; and
- Quarterly newsletters to keep tenants informed.
For Financial Partners:
- Detailed budgeting and CapEx forecasting;
- Aggressive rent monitoring and collections;
- Focused tenant retention plans and events;
- Leasing administration and compliance services;
- Contract management and quality assurance;
- Building operational oversight; and
- Financial reporting and forecasting.
Construction Management
PMA also provides comprehensive construction management and administration for CSG Partners’ portfolio and a selected number of third party clients. Although PMA primarily oversees both general contractors and subcontractors on a competitive basis, PMA has the capacity, wherewithal and experience to self-perform much of its interior and exterior construction, as well as ground up build-to-suit assignments of all sizes.
