CSG Partners, LLC Acquires Four-Building, 180,000 Square Foot Office/Flex Portfolio In Owings Mills

November 2014 –Baltimore-based CSG Partners LLC has acquired a 180,000-square-foot business park in Owings Mills that the company plans to update to a more office-focused development.

The four-building complex includes Owings Mills Business Center and Owings Mills Corporate Center, which CSG acquired for $13 million. The company had been interested in the property before, but backed away from buying it more than a year ago because of the price and questions about the future of the area's office market.
