Investment Criteria

CSG Partners is actively looking to acquire properties with the following characteristics:

Well located properties within the I-95 Corridor, primarily within 60 miles of the Baltimore Metro.

Product Type:
Office, Industrial and Flex. Multiple building portfolios in Park settings preferred. Well located retail properties will be considered on a case by case basis.

Investment Profile:
Core-plus, value add, opportunistic, note purchases and land warranting spec development

Property Size:
Office and Flex – Minimum of 30,000 SF (no maximum)
Industrial – Minimum of 50,000 SF (no maximum)

Investment Size:
Minimum of $5,000,000 (no maximum). Smaller deals considered within 30 miles of the Baltimore Metro.

If not otherwise protected, Brokers will be fully protected by CSG Partners, who acts as a principal only.
